Instructor: Joanie
Joanie is part of Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has been certified AFAA since 1990 in the following areas: step aerobics, aerobics, muscle toning and stregth training. Aside from her certifications, she has been practicing yoga, kickboxing and Pilates for 10 years. Joanie has been a part of All Natural Gym for over 20 years.
Instructor: Fara
Fara has been teaching fitness classes for 17 years! She has a group fitness certification and a personal trainer’s certification. She also has training in the basics of good nutrition. Her classes consist of short manageable segments of aerobics on the step and resistance toning off the step, followed by toning exercises, abdominal work and relaxing yoga stretches at the end. Fun is always had during her classes and beginners are very welcomed.
Step, Weights & Abs is an all around fitness workout. The use of the traditional aerobic step and light weights create an exercise of cardio and toning with some emphasis on the abs!
Step & Tone is a cardio conditioning class which incorporates step choreography to challenge your body and maximize toning. The use of traditional step is a cardio routine that will definately get your heart rate pumping.
