 Instructor: Joanie
Joanie is part of Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and has been certified AFAA since 1990 in the following areas: step aerobics, aerobics, muscle toning and stregth training.  Aside from her certifications, she has been practicing yoga, kickboxing and Pilates for 10 years.  Joanie has been a part of All Natural Gym for over 20 years.


Pilates
  utilizes the principles of traditional mat work and incorporates the use of the aerobic balls to strengthen the muscles to bring balance to the body.  The focus of the class is to integrate the entire body, rather than excercising each body part separately, to lengthen and strengthen your entire body using core muscles.  This class will help you acheive better alignment and leave you feeling refreshed, stretched and strengthened.
