Maureen has been teaching and training in the fitness industry for over a decade. She knows all too well the challenges and uphill battles people are faced with when deciding to commit to a healthier lifestyle and fitness regime. After becoming AFAA Certified as both a Group Fitness Instructor and Personel Trainer, she decided to share her own personal knowledge and experiences to help others acheive their goals.

Kettle Bell is a cardio and strength toning class which uses the kettle bell methods to re-shape and tone your body. Kettle bells are great for overall core strength as well as increasing your cardio capacity targeting every aspect of fitness using functional movements. By using these two key components of fitness training you can expect to see and feel results after only a few classes! It is the ultimate overall fitness workout, conditioning your cardiovascular capabilities, stability, flexibility, balance and agility.
Isomotion is a non-impact fitness program which combines fitness, ballet, isometrics, cardio and Pilates into one workout. The exercises are sequenced in a manner that causes muscles to rapidly change shape and give you the fastest results in the least amount of time. Isomotion is a cardio, strength and toning workout that engages 70% more muscle fibers than traditional weight training and can be used by a beginner to the most advanced exerciser over and over with dramatic results.
