is to provide our members with a place to become a better version of themselves in an environment that is strong, simple, and REAL. We strive to offer an atmosphere that welcomes family and friends, inspires them to make goals, and motivates them to achieve those goals.

Our Story...

We are a family friendly gym that offers cardio equipment, circuit training, weight training, power lifting, strongman training, free weights, boxing, and a variety of classes, such as Spin, Zumba, Isomotion, Yoga, K-Bell, Pilates, Self-defense, Boot Camp, Hoop Dance, Abs, Stretching & Relaxation, and Step Aerobics!

The All Natural Gym of Lindenhurst has been a staple in the Lindenhurst Community for forty years. We were originally on Wellwood Avenue, but eventually moved into a bigger space on South 11th Street and Hoffman Avenue. The current location is 10,500 square feet, accompanied with ample parking.

In April 2010, Lew Darby, a longtime member of All Natural Gym and member of the Lindenhurst Community, purchased the gym and completely revamped the site. The gym now features a brand new cardio deck complete with 50-inch plasma televisions. We have an extensive set up of circuit training, strongman training, power lifting, as well as the most free weights on the south shore. All of our class rooms have been remodeled and updated; including the aerobic room, spin room, boxing room, and our children’s center. We are happy to offer personal training and a variety of classes! Our instructors are all certified and motivated to motivate you! We pride ourselves on having a friendly workout environment that provides our members with all they need to better themselves without spending a fortune. The strength of our dedication and customer satisfaction inspires every person that steps foot into our gym to better themselves and reach their personal fitness goals! With all the great changes to the gym, our goal remains the same to strive for success, so we ask you to come grow with us!
