Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Friday, 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Nursery Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Monday –
Thursday, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

FITNESS
All-Natural
Fitness located at 163 S. 11th St. in Lindenhurst, NY is a conveniently
located full service fitness center with ample parking. We
are currently
undergoing a more than $200,000 expansion. Our a new cardio theater
has 6 different 27" TV Monitors. We also have a brand new "selectorized"
cybex line, new hammer strength line, new life-fitness
cross-trainers, as well as a new double circuit in the works. Our
rates are low and the atmosphere is friendly. Give someone you care about
the gift of a healthy workout routine.
